Installation requirements
1) Check the specifications and types of the fan, the rotation direction of the impeller, the power of the motor, the hole distance of the anchor bolt, the aperture of the inlet and outlet flange, the orientation and center distance, and the center height of the shaft according to the drawing. Install according to the figure, the self-configured volute (air duct) shall ensure the axial clearance size between the inlet and the blade wheel (the higher the temperature, the larger the clearance);
2) After installation, rotate the rotary parts and listen with the same sound. Whether the installation bolts are fastened or not, whether the wiring is reliable, etc. Only after safety inspection can the machine be started;
3) Outdoor fans and motors should be protected from awnings to prevent the products from being placed in the open or sinking in muddy water.
