Application of grafting Machine
Grafting is the technique of connecting part of one plant to another to form a new plant. This technology can be used to strengthen the protection of continuous cropping obstacles, diseases and insect pests, easy to produce superior productive seedlings. In recent years, there are five varieties of seedlings grafted by us (cucumber, watermelon, melon, eggplant, tomato), and the number of grafts in one year is about 600 million (accounting for 10% of the cultivated area of fruits and vegetables). In addition, due to increased attention to food safety, the increase of family gardens and "seedlings that are not susceptible to disease" such as Homecenter have become popular, which further increases the demand for agricultural cultivation purposes. The mainstream of modern grafting is manual operation. We expect the popularization of labor-saving grafting and machinery.
Product Features
• Productivity: more than 1200 plants per hour (greatly improved efficiency when skilled)
• Simple operation of placing seedling tray only
• Skip function of missing plant, avoiding absence of seedling and not working phenomenon
• Intelligent robot positioning drive working device, CCD visual Angle imaging positioning inspection
• Grafted pliers: plastic clips that automatically clamp on
• Touch screen operation PLC280 program control, air supply using RTS flow group valve distribution
• Main components: Exchange platform of controller grafting device Photoelectric imaging platform
• Employed manpower: 1 person 220V 2000W
